1.) In plant inspection by field service staff, when they need additional input our experienced engineering staff is available for phone consultation or field inspection in conjunction with our customer's staff. These inspections can result in:

saving ideas
which won't lessen the performance of the components.
B. Ideas for solving chronic problem areas to
reduce or eliminate
emergency breakdowns.

2.) Also of great value to many customers is our ability and willingness to repair components whenever feasible, instead of just providing new components. An example of this service is the repair of damaged screws. In many cases the undamaged flights can be remounted on new pipe to turn a scrap item back into a useful component.
